TRAINING
When implementing a change process, training is a highly effective
way to develop new or existing skills and gain new insights. Our
training sessions and workshops are based on developing a variety
of people-focused and people management skills within an organizational
context. Programs are tailor-made and designed for the specific
needs of the ‘target audience’ within your organization.
We work with senior managers, middle managers and staff members,
in both English and Dutch. Our training approach is based on a
coaching-style, namely: awareness, decision making and taking responsibility.
The programs include, amongst others:
